Why Submit Early?
- Avoid last-minute rush and technical issues.
- Ensure all details are accurately filled and verified.
- Receive timely updates about your enrolment status.
Required documents with the Enrollment Form.
- One Copy of the Matric Mark sheet.
- Copy of admission fees receipt including date of admission in the college.
- Enrollment fee is Rs. 2100/-
- Print a photocopy of the SSC Mark sheet on the back of the Enrollment form.
- Cambridge Board Students Print a copy of the Equivalent Certificate on the back of the Enrollment form.
- After completing the form, attach the photocopy of both sides along with this form.
(Before Submission Enrollment Forms)
O-level students must submit an Equivalent Certificate & Change of Board Permission (Other Board). Students have to submit a Matric Mark Sheet & Migration Certificate, as well as a Change of Board Permission. Matric Supplementary Students must attach Board Permission and Pass & Fail Mark sheet.

Login again on the portal and Go to Enrolment Option, there will be the download link on top as shown in the Video.
