NCR-CET College proudly participated in the prestigious STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Exhibition organized by the Government of Sindh. The event brought together bright young minds from across the province, showcasing innovative projects that addressed real-world challenges and highlighted creative thinking.
Our students from the Computer Science, Pre-Engineering, and Pre-Medical departments presented five remarkable projects that stood out among the competition:
1. Sight Unseen
This ingenious project explored assistive technology for the visually impaired, combining modern sensors with AI to help navigate the world independently.
2. Cannon Model Using Projectile Motion
A physics-based masterpiece, this project used projectile motion principles to create a working cannon model, illustrating how engineering and mathematics converge.
3. School Management System in Excel
A practical solution for small institutions, this project demonstrated how Excel’s powerful tools can streamline administrative tasks, showcasing problem-solving with readily available resources.
4. How to Grow Crops Smartly
With a focus on sustainable agriculture, this project used smart sensors and data analytics to optimize water and fertilizer usage, making farming more efficient and eco-friendly.
5. AI Chatbot
In the age of digital transformation, this AI-powered chatbot project highlighted how artificial intelligence can revolutionize customer service, education, and more.
Recognition and Achievement
The projects were judged by an esteemed panel, including the Secretary of Education and other high-profile officials. Among stiff competition, NCR-CET College achieved 3 coveted positions, a testament to our students’ hard work, creativity, and dedication.
This success underscores NCR-CET College’s commitment to nurturing talent and providing state-of-the-art education. With our robust academic programs, cutting-edge facilities, and focus on innovation, we continue to empower students to excel in both academics and extracurricular pursuits.
