With the growth of technology we have witnessed the growth, transformation and emergence of new ways to tackle old problems. Technology enveloped our lives to make previously tiresome jobs ‘quick’ and in some cases, ‘fun’. This understanding of the reality of the modern age is what compelled me to explore the opportunities that technology has to offer to our Education Sector.
Our education sector seems to be at odds with the culture and environment that it exists in. Traditional modes of teaching continue to dominate our classrooms while the world outside that classroom is moving faster towards the future than ever before. Is it then any wonder that the average student would rather do anything but study? Their games are no longer restricted to their traditional dolls and cricket bats. Then why is their education system still ratta-fication based and classrooms still governed by the blackboards? NCR-CET College was founded as a bridge between the technological fast paced environment and the educating classroom.
